You can email us with your questions or concerns regarding your order at heuvipens_jewelry@yeah.net. Please attach your name, order number and a picture of your item(s) within with your email. The reply will be some delayed when holidays as well as weekends so please take into account that your emails will be answered within 24hours and orders will be processed one we resume back to operating hours.

If you did not receive a confirmation number after checkout via phone or email, then an order was not placed, or your order never went through. The transaction may appear as a pending charge (pre-authorization) for 7-10 business days before your bank or card provider verifies that the amount was never taken from our end, once verified they will remove that charge and credit back your account.

If you would like to cancel or edit your order please visit your order page found in your original confirmation email or visit: https://piercingjewelry-hp.com/account, in which you may also view your order status, cancel, edit, and reorder from the menu options.

If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or edit your order.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up 10-12 business days for the amount to post on your account, depending on your bank.

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Orders usually ship within 1-2 days and please keep in mind that the tracking can also take up to 2 days to update. If you never received a confirmation email, please contact us via email at heuvipens_jewelry@yeah.net and our team will do their best to assist you.

Please keep in mind that during busy holiday seasons, if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we suggest allowing it an additional 1-2 days to see if the package will arrive. Also note that, carriers may have placed it in a safer location like inside your mailbox, or your porch, check with your neighbors as the carriers sometime may mix up the addresses. If the order was delivered to an apartment or office building, please check with the management office or receptionist.

We also suggest reaching out to your local post office for further details and see if the package is being held for pick
up/rescheduled delivery.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to recover your order once it is shipped out. But we can intercept the shipping info if the forwarder don't handle your order.
